About me and my practice
Anxiety can be one of the most debilitating feelings and life can become deeply uncomfortable when you are constantly afraid of the next anxiety attack. If this sounds familiar I know exactly what you are feeling. Exploring your thoughts and developing a deeper understanding of the link between your thoughts & anxiety has proven very in managing anxiety.
With alcohol use & addictions we will explore the underlying causes and develop tools to ensure you no longer live a life negatively impacted by addictions.
Experience
I have multiple years of experience of working with anxiety, addiction, depression, grief, relationship issues, sports related performance, confidence issues, low self-esteem and issues relating to identity.
Qualifications
Trained & Qualified in Counselling & Psychotherapy at a Masters level.
Highly active in the addiction community. Advanced practitioner member of Addiction professionals.

Initial Consultation
During the first session we will explore the issues that have led you to seeking out therapy. We will identify key areas to explore further and flesh out a plan as to how we will tackle those areas.
